When the world’s geopolitical climate churns, the nation’s trade agreements pivot, and technological shifts abound, the need for strong leadership and good decision making become especially critical. From the new U.S. presidential administration to Brexit to the rise of nationalist viewpoints, pretty much all of the news we’re consuming points to a simmering pot of VUCA. Once reserved for boardrooms and managerial scenarios, VUCA (or, the volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity of general conditions and situations) is now impacting everyone across all industries.

Workforces are increasingly dispersed, demanding of self-expression, and quite possibly disengaged. Within this topsy-turvy context, leaders must spark creativity, drive innovation, and ensure sustainability.

What are the remedies? The newest problems of the world find solutions in the oldest and timeless practices such as mindfulness, authenticity, and perseverance―because Everything Connects.
